Return policy

At OSVAR , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we offer you the possibility of returning your item according to the conditions below.

1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for personalized or made-to-order items .

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The jewelry must not have been worn or used

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all its accessories.

  • It must not show any signs of wear or deterioration.

3. Return procedure

Before any return, please contact our customer service at osvarcontact@gmail.com specifying:

  • Your order number

  • The article(s) concerned

  • The reason for return

Once your request is validated, you will receive return instructions.
Any return not reported in advance will be refused.

4. Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part (defective item or item not conforming to the order).

5. Reimbursement

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned item(s), via the initial payment method.
OSVAR reserves the right to refuse reimbursement if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchange.
For another model, another size or color, simply return the item and place a new order.

7. Non-refundable items

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged or altered by the customer
